The Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA) sponsored the demanding series of professional development sessions focusing on management, employee development, marketing, customer service, operational efficiency, and new industry products and services.
The VRMA 2009 conference, the 25th annual event, brought together the leaders of the vacation rental industry of North America.
